This Memorial Day Weekend, we're opening our new padel courts at Delphine and pairing them with two rounds on the Robert Trent Jones II course. It's an invitation-only pro-am for a small field of top-tier pros and a considered circle of guests, where the desert meets the sea on the court, on the course, and at the table. Between points and tee times, expect a Costa Palmas Chef's Table of culinary experiences, long, unhurried afternoons on the Sea of Cortez, and the kind of beach time Baja does best. Group-stage matches on our new courts at Delphine — three to four rounds per team as the afternoon light softens over the Sea of Cortez.
Evening
Family Style Dinner at Mozza
Gather around the table with Nancy Silverton and our guest chefs for a long, generous family-style dinner — with daily awards for the low round and the round-robin leaders.

A long lunch on the sand at our day club Delphine, with Chef Ludo hosting guest Chef Jonathan Waxman in from New York — a relaxed midday break before the finals.

Evening
Farewell at the Beach Club
Prize-giving and combined champion announcement over a long beachside dinner with food stations — an easy, unhurried way to close a long weekend.
